It is situated in the enchanting Tuscany Hill ,from where it is possible to enjoy a magnificent view of San Gimignano, which is just 1500 mt.far and easily reachable also by a simple panoramic walk of only 15 minutes. This farmhouse is an ideal place where you can spend a nice holiday and just relax in the quietness of nature and countrysidein a very special natural environment. More over it is near the most famous "cities of art" such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Volterra. This farmhouse is part of an estate with ten hectares of land and one hectare of wooded land; it is surrounded by cypresses, olive groves, vineyards, sunflowers and wheat fields. The owner, belonging to a family devoted to farming by tradition, will welcome you with enthusiasm. This farmhouse includes two independent dwelling places. GREEN apartment: for 2 people, consists of a double bedroom, a little living room with the use of kitchen and a bathroom.. YELLOW apartment: for 4 people, consists of two bedrooms, a large living-room with a kitchen and an old fire place, bathroom. Both maintain the age-long characteristics: beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, vaulted-roof rooms. They are tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences and amenities of a holiday resort. The old pieces of furniture and the carefully-considered equipment made them a charming place for your holiday.
