Vecchio Fienile

Il Vecchio fienile is an old barn renovated and transformed into a holiday house, just 2 km from San Gimignano. Built on a slope, the accommodation is on three floors, all connected by internal staircases, but each floor opens on to an area of the garden and has an independent entrance. The countryside around the house is dominated by vineyards and here the tasty Vernaccia, an excellent white wine, is produced. If you want to visit other cities you are 37 km from Siena and 52 Km from Florence. GROUND FLOOR This floor presents a large living room with a sitting area with a settee (which can be converted into a double bed), armchairs, fireplace and satellite television, a dining area with table and chairs. You can find a kitchen, a shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and wc. FIRST FLOOR This floor of the barn offers: a living room with a sitting area equipped with a settee (which can be converted into a double bed), satellite television, and a dining area with table and chairs, a shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and wc. There is a Kitchen with cooker (4 gas rings, electric oven) fridge. SECOND FLOOR In the last floor of the house, you can find two double bedrooms and a Shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and wc.
